IMAGES

Your high resolution images are uploaded to a gallery through Pic Time and delivered digitally where beautiful prints and products can also be ordered directly. You can download all images both web sized for sharing on social media and full size, high resolution for printing. These galleries can also be shared with family and friends and will be available no later than four weeks after your session date. Galleries stay active for up to three months for downloading and ordering, there is a $100 fee to reactivate so please make sure you download your full gallery. 

PRINTS + PRODUCTS

Your session fee does not include additional fine art prints and products, but prints can be ordered through The Wonder Road or by using the high resolution digital image files and your own professional grade print vendor.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

All sessions include a pre-session phone consultation or email consultation to discuss your hopes, location, styling etc. Also, complimentary styling support is included with all of my packages.

SESSION AGREEMENT AND BOOKING FORM

AGREEMENT OVERVIEW: In the following conditions of contract The Wonder Road shall mean Lindsey Stigleman and any photographer appointed by her to work for the photography session. The ‘client’ shall be those whose names appear on the contract. If the clients arrange for a third party to meet the cost of this contract the contract remains with the clients. The due performance of the contract is subject to the conditions below and cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless expressly agreed by The Wonder Road in writing.

HOUSE RULES: Please, NO cameras, camcorders or any type of recording device (including cell phones) are to be used during the session unless a prior arrangement and written agreement has been made. Only the subject(s) of the session and their parent(s) and/or guardian should be present at the session unless circumstances require otherwise. 
We will begin shooting at your session start time. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early when on location. This will allow time to attend to any last minute details and a few minutes to relax before we begin. Breaks during the session will be taken as needed, as well as encouraged. Clients agree and understand that The Wonder Road is limited by the guidelines of the location site/venue management/government rules and clients agree to accept the results that may occur from said guidelines. Negotiation with the officials/management for moderation of guidelines is solely the clients responsibility. If client appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the shoot, The Wonder Road has the right to cancel the shoot immediately due to public liability and health and safety concerns.

IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS: Photographs/images produced by The Wonder Road are protected by Copyright and remain the property of The Wonder Road. Upon final payment by clients, clients are allowed to display resulting images for personal use only. Said images may not be digitally altered in any manner without prior written permission of The Wonder Road. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise obtain and steal any image created by The Wonder Road. This applies to blog posted images, Facebook images, Instagram images, gallery preview images as well as hard copy images. All images are subject to being added to photographer's portfolio, without name, along with copyright ownership. Client's will receive an online, high resolution, downloadable digital gallery with printing rights. The client must not benefit commercially from the reproduction of these photographs in any form. The Wonder Road will hand select the best images from your session. The client does not take part in the process of choosing which images will be selected for the final gallery. Every image that is chosen will be fully edited to The Wonder Road's high standard.

MODEL RELEASE. The Wonder Road reserves the right to publish photographs of the clients or in which the clients may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other commercial purpose. The clients hereby release The Wonder Road and all associates, representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, expenses, and obligations of any kind arising from, or related in any manner to The Wonder Road's use of said images.

RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total cost of the package is due on receipt of booking form and invoice. The relevant balance for the session is due prior to the event.

Journeys which require more than 25 miles of travel from St. Petersburg, FL will incur travel expenses at The Wonder Road's discretion. Overnight accommodation may be required and charged for sessions that require specific timing or travel distance.

CANCELLATIONS: In the highly unlikely event of cancellation due to injury, extreme illness, or an unavoidable total photographic failure that prevents The Wonder Road from photographing the event, The Wonder Road’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of any booking fee or fees paid. Reshoots may be arranged if practicable but The Wonder Road will not be responsible for any further costs.  The Wonder Road will endeavor to appoint another photographer to attend a booking however it may prove difficult or impossible to find a skilled replacement photographer at short notice or at the same price.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: The Wonder Road takes the upmost care with respect to exposure, storage, and processing the photographs/images, but cannot and does not, guarantee that photographs/images of the event will not be lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond The Wonder Road's control. The client agrees that The Wonder Road or the photographer(s) full and complete responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. 

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Images can be expected to be edited within 3-4 weeks after the photo shoot date, unless a prior arrangement and written agreement has been made. Gallery delivery can be expected within this time frame. Albums and extras will be available anywhere from 2-6 weeks, after they are ordered. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the custom nature of the session and product, all sales are final. Please be confident when placing your product order, as these orders are placed to our professional lab within 1 day of purchase. Product orders go through a quality control check before presented to the client to ensure they are free of damage or defect. Due to the nature of digital files and technology, The Wonder Road cannot guarantee the availability of files once delivered. It is the client's responsibility to make sure a backup of the files have been made from the USB drive or download provided.
